Bundaberg Regional Council Planning Scheme 2015

(Version 6.3)

The planning scheme sets out the blueprint for future growth and development of the Bundaberg Region. It was originally made under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, with Version 1.0 commencing on 19 October 2015 (see gazette notice(PDF, 93KB)).

The current version of the planning scheme (Version 6.3) was adopted by Council at its meeting held 17 December 2024 and takes effect on and from 20 December2024 (see gazette notice(PDF, 856KB)). Version 6.3 of the planning scheme incorporates the Planning Scheme Policy for the Branyan local plan area and makes an associated minor amendment.
