Multiplex fig tree light bookings
Council brings awareness to the community through lightning of the region's largest and oldest Fig Trees.
Bundaberg Regional Council undertook a special lighting project that saw three of the region's largest and oldest fig trees installed with multiple lighting boxes which can create more than 1,000 colour combinations.
Located on Walker Street, at the Bundaberg Multiplex Sport and Convention Centre, the majesty and beauty of these historic trees have become a local landmark.
The colour of the lights are on rotation to recognise significant events and special causes which are listed on the Multiplex LED screen and on Council's social media profiles to inform the community.
