Operational Plan and Quarterly Reporting
Council's Operational Plan identifies our priorities and services, which are translated into measurable actions for the financial year, to deliver the strategies identified in our 2021-2026 Corporate Plan. These actions are reported to Council each Quarter and outlines the progress towards achieving the Corporate Plan goals.
The Operational Plan is a legislative requirement pursuant to the Local Government Act 2009 and Local Government Regulation 2012.
