Carnival Fitness - is an Afro Caribbean high vibe workout; these bodyweight dance fitness classes are packed full of moves suitable for men and women - you can challenge yourself as much as you like or take it at your own pace in this judgement free environment (two left feet welcome!)

Circuit - is a type of cardio/strength/resistance workout that involves rotating through a circuit of different exercise stations that target different muscle groups in the same class.

HIIT - is high intensity interval training with shorter bursts of intense activity followed by a quick recovery period, before getting right back into the tough work!

H20 (Water Aerobics) - classes offer a variety of fitness activities undertaken in our local swimming pools (water fitness / aerobics). Please note - H2O classes are free, however standard pool entry fees are applicable upon entry.

Line Dancing -  is a style of dancing exercise in which a group of people dance a series of repeated steps while standing in rows, especially to country music but can be performed to other genres as well! Perfect for beginners and great exercise.

mSwing - uses a single dumbbell and natural, flowing movements to provide a fun, challenging and effective workout focusing on balance, strength and body control.

Pilates - is an effective series of low impact exercises using your body weight as resistance; the full body workout focuses on strengthening your core muscles to improve posture and strength.

POP Tennis - is a fun twist of tennis that’s played on smaller courts, with shorter, solid paddles and low compression tennis balls; POP Tennis can be played on indoor or outdoor courts and is very easy to learn - it’s a fun, social activity that everyone can enjoy, even if you’ve never touched a tennis racquet!

Pump - is a strength and endurance workout set to your favourite tracks!
