Road Renewal The Shelter Shed, including the barbecue, tables and seating can be accessed during this project. The Shelter Shed is not available for hire during the project period. The Shelter Shed toilets will be open weekdays and will close between 4pm and 5pm and will re-open the next morning. The Shelter Shed toilets will be closed on weekends. |

Council are currently assisting local volunteers in undertaking weed management at Oaks Beach. A combination of hand pulling, brushcutting and spraying will be used to remove the large areas of weeds across the dune area. During this time, you may notice brown patches of vegetation and large open areas where weeds have been removed.
