Strength + Stretch – covers a mixture of strength training and yoga exercises which could include use of weights and bands within a circuit set-up (most likely 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off as many repeats as possible within this time). Yoga / stretch sections could include a five minute meditation (usually a guided body meditation). Strength would be 25 mins with warm up and 20 mins of yoga with meditation.
