Service Description
Assessment and Referral Service Members of the public can refer themselves, or be referred by relatives, friends, GP's or other community and healthcare agencies. This is a 24 hour Emergency Service. A full initial assessment will be conducted. The Rural Service is based at Gayndah Hospital - Covering Monto, Eidsvold, Mundubbera and Childers Hospital - Covering Gin Gin, Mt Perry, Biggenden.
