Payments and accounts

Payment of fees and charges at Council's Waste Management Facilities can be made via cash, EFTPOS or pre-approved account (preferred).

EFTPOS is available at most waste facilities.

New accounts

New accounts can be created by completing the below forms:

Account application - goods and services(PDF, 313KB)

• email completed form to accountsreceivable@bundaberg.qld.gov.au

Vehicle authority form

• email completed form to wasteandrecycling@bundaberg.qld.gov.au

Please allow up to 10 business days for your application to be processed.

Existing accounts

To update vehicle details or request third party approval complete vehicle authority form and email completed form to wasteandrecycling@bundaberg.qld.gov.au.
