Request a copy of your rates notice

You can receive your rates notice via one of the below methods.

  1. Email - click on the email link to take you to the eRates page
  2. BPay View - to register through your banking institution.
  3. Hard Copy - you can still receive your rate notice in the mail.

Remember: If registered for Bpay View and you wish to change to eRates, you must de-register from Bpay View first through your internet banking, then register with eRates. Likewise if you wish to change from eRates to Bpay View, you will need to cancel your eRates before registering with Bpay View.

Register for eRates

The eRates registration process may be incompatible with certain browsers and may require the use of an alternative browser.

If you are still having difficulty registering after accessing an alternative browser, please contact Council for assistance on 1300 883 699.

Before you sign up, here are some things to consider:

  • Where a property has multiple owners , all owners must register for eRates and give consent to receive the rate notice to the email address/es provided.
  • By submitting this application you are authorising Council to send an electronic rate notice to your nominated email address/es and cancelling the delivery of a paper rate notice.
  • Any existing email address will be superseded by the email address you provide with this application.
  • If you have more than one rate assessment, you must provide each rate assessment number on your application in the box provided.
  • If your application to receive rate notices by email is too close to Council’s billing date, you may receive one more paper rate notice before you start receiving them via email.
  • Please advise Council if you change your email address by emailing ceo@bundaberg.qld.gov.au, or
  • If you wish to cancel this service, please use the online cancellation request cancel eRates
  • If you already receive your rate notice via BPay View and wish to switch to eRates, please remember to de-register your BPay View account.

IMPORTANT: Once registered, it is suggested to add the following email address : noreply@ezybill.com.au to your list of "Safe Senders". If you do not receive your rate notice in your email inbox please check that your email filter hasn’t diverted it to your junk/spam email folder. You can also search the word 'rates' in your inbox to see where it may have gone if you can't see it.

BPAY View

This service is for residents who are used to doing their business via their internet banking and wish to continue to do so.

Your bank will notifiy you when your rate notice arrives in your banking inbox. A hard copy notice will not be sent to you.

Residents who receive their rate notice via BPAY View will also receive their electronic waste voucher (if eligible) attached. You may need to scroll to the end of the notice.

Please note, should you change bank accounts, any notices received will remain connected to the old account. It is recommended residents download their notices before switching accounts.

Residents who do not receive their voucher can contact Council on 1300 883 699 and request a reprint.

Hard copy - receiving your rates in the mail

This service is available if you don't wish to take advantage of Council's electronic rate notice delivery.

Remember: Keep your contact details including your mailing address up to date with Council to ensure your rate notice and other important information is delivered to you.

Should you need to change your contact details, ensure this is done before the next rates mail-out.
