Tennis is one of the world's most widely-played sports, enjoyed by players of all ages. Among the range of sporting facilities maintained by Council, there are several tennis courts located across the region.

Bargara tennis courts

Bookings and hire fees payable are to be directed to the Bargara Beach Caravan Park

• Hire of courts - $8.00 per court
• Tennis balls hire - $1.00 per tube
• Tennis raquet hire - $1.00 per tennis raquet

Burnett Heads tennis courts

• Day time hire of courts - $7.00 per court per hour
• Night time hire of courts - $9.00 per court per hour

Childers tennis courts

• Permanent key bond - $70.00 each
• Hire charge for courts - no lights, per court - $7.00 per hour
• Hire charge for courts - with lights, per court - $15.00 per hour
• Daily - 1 Court (until 6.00 pm) - $33.50 per day
• Daily - 2 Courts (until 6.00 pm) - $54.00 per day
• Daily - 4 Courts (until 6.00 pm) - $101.50 per day
• Night - 1 Court (6.00 pm - 11.00 pm) - $47.50 per night
• Night -2 Court (6.00 pm - 11.00 pm) - $68.00 per night
• Night -4 Court (6.00 pm - 11.00 pm) - $122.00 per night
