The Trustee for Port Curtis Coral Coast Aboriginal Peoples Charitable Trust
The Port Curtis Coral Coast (PCCC) is a representative body that serves as the traditional owners of the First Nations Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, Taribelang People Native Title Claim Group. PCCC provides administrative and operational support to the Registered Native Title Prescribed Body Corporate (RNTPBC or PBC), which manages Native Title, Cultural Heritage, Traditional Use Rights and Interests in Land (TUMRA), and Land and Sea Claim interests across the Bundaberg, Gladstone, and North Burnett regions. The organization delivers social programs and manages assets and interests for its people. The PCCC has navigated significant challenges to achieve strong Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA) and is now working to benefit its community.
