Tenders endorsed ‘Contract No. WM/0011' are invited and will be received at the Tender Box at Council's Bundaberg Administration Office, 186 - 190 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg up to 2.00 pm Tuesday 28 February 2012 for the construction of Cell 2 at Bundaberg Regional Landfill, Cedars Road, South Bingera.

Council reserves the right to invite Tenderers to change their Tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010. The lowest cost or any Tender may not be accepted.
