Property Addressing
It is a requirement of Council's Local Law for Roads that all properties
on which a residence is located display their road or street number.
Council maintains the responsibility for providing clear and unambiguous
numbering according to an Australian Standard. It is important that
your number is clearly displayed for emergency services, utility
providers, local business and the community.
All residential
properties in the Region are identified by a Council allocated
road/street number. In rural areas, there is a standard post that is
purchased by residents and supplied and installed by Council.
