Property Search

A property search can be undertaken upon request and payment to Council. The fees for the 2008/2009 financial year are as follows:

  • Inspection of entries/counter search
 $15.00
  • Full written rate search
 $130.00
  • Urgent full written rate search
 $230.00
  • Special water meter reading with Property Search
 $65.00

A Request for Property Search must be completed and returned to Council with the applicable fee. All enquiries are to be directed to Council's Revenue Department.
