Please ensure you read the conditions on the Park Booking Form. Once you've chosen which location to use please complete the Park Booking Form, and return to any Bundaberg Regional Council Service Centre for approval and booking.
Please note:
Fairymead House & Surrounds has a separate booking form which must be completed and returned prior to hiring any of the facilities in this area.

A Guide for the Hirer of the Baldwin Swamp Shelter Shed
- A key will be given to you to access the facility, this can be picked up from the Operations Centre, Cnr Victoria & Tomlinson Streets, East Bundaberg.
- Entrance to the Shelter is via Steindl Street.
- The key fits the lock to the gate in the car park, in front of the caretaker's house.
- The key fits both the ladies and gents conveniences and the urn cupboard.
- The power will have to be turned on for the barbecue and hot water system.
- The power board is located in the gents conveniences, just inside the door. If the barbecue will not switch off automatically, turn the power off at the power board.
- To keep the barbecue operating, press the button on the barbecue every 20 minutes.
- The light switch is located on the wall alongside the Bar Area adjacent to the gents conveniences.
- The urn is in the cupboard in the ladies conveniences, just inside the door.
- Please turn off the power and put the equipment away, lock both gents and ladies conveniences and the gate before returning the key.
- The premises must be vacated by 10.00pm.
- If assistance is required with any of the above or you have any concerns, please call 1300 883 699.
- Please ensure the Barbecues are cleaned thoroughly before you leave the Shelter Shed. Do not throw cold water on the barbecue plates when cleaning as it causes them to buckle.
- It is suggested that hirers bring a torch when hiring the Shelter Shed at night as the lighting available on entry and exit from the building is limited.
