Bundaberg Regional
Council will be holding a BIG Small Bin Sale on Saturday 24 October around the
region. The 140 litre bins were formerly used in Burnett Shire, but have since
been replaced with 240 litre bins, in line with the rest of the
region.
These wheelie bins will be available
for the public to buy at a cost of $20 each. Council's Manager of Waste and
Recycling James Stanfield said they would be very useful around the
home.
"The bins are ideal for storage in and around the home - from pet
food to home items" Mr Stanfield
said.
The BIG Small Bin Sale will be held from 8am til 1pm at 3 venues
around the region - Bundaberg Showgrounds, Childers Showgrounds and Gin Gin
Showgrounds.

Conditions of purchase:
- Bins are sold to you in as 'as is' condition and may have some defects
- Council does not take responsibility for any repairs or replacement after you purchase the bin/s
- These bins are for your personal use and WILL NOT be emptied by Council. Please do not place them at the kerbside on collection days
