Customer Service Satisfaction Survey Results

Market Facts was commissioned to conduct a benchmark customer satisfaction telephone survey. The purpose of the survey was ascertain from a random sample of 500 residents of the Bundaberg Regional Council, their levels of satisfaction with a range of Council services.

The focus of the survey, was a community based evaluation of the relative importance of the responsibility areas (services and activities) and then an evaluation of Bundaberg Council performance in these areas.
