Non-members will be charged a small hourly fee for research privileges.

The Bundaberg Genealogical Association's Library on Kendalls Road offers local, state, national, and overseas genealogical and historical records.

These records are in microfilm and book format and members of the Association are able to borrow these books.

The Association's Library holds books on the local area including burial registers, lone graves, newspaper indexes, rates, school indexes, obituaries, and more. Many of these books are available for purchase.

The Church's Family History Centre holds worldwide indexes for births, deaths, marriages, and shipping; cemetery records, and more.

These records are held on microfilm, microfiche, and computer.

A small fee is charged for research privileges and copies of information. Students pay half price.

The Museum holds information on local people, businesses, buildings, and schools, and also local histories.

Fact sheets are available for a small fee on frequently asked about topics.

The Museum holds over 3000 photos of local businesses, buildings, schools, etc. You are able to purchase copies.

The Museum takes written requests for research and information. Please include your contact details with the request.

The Bundaberg Library's Reference Section holds some births, deaths, marriages, and cemetery indexes for the local area, as well as lone graves, newspaper indexes and more.

Microfilm of the local newspaper is also available. Please book at the desk to use the microfilm reader. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Library also holds "how to" books that give advice and hints on how to research and write your family history.
