    Online and physical Australian bookstore.

  • Rosemary's Romance Books
    A Brisbane bookstore dealing in just romance books. It covers all romance genres including historical, contemporary, and paranormal.

  • ABC Shop
    For books published by, or featured on, the ABC.

  • SBS Shop
    For b ooks published by, or featured on, SBS.

  • Australian Online Bookshop
    As its name suggests, it is an online bookshop.

  • Amazon USA
    A large and well-known online bookstore. You can purchase new books or look for second-hand and out-of-print books. Also DVDs, etc.

  • Amazon UK
    The UK branch of the Amazon empire. Similar to its American counterpart, except you will be converting pounds to Australian dollars instead of US to Australian dollars. Some books are more easily available in the UK than the US and vice versa.

  • Barnes & Noble
    Another large and well-known online bookstore, based in America.

    The original Project Gutenberg from America. It contains literature and reference texts (no longer under copyright) in full, in various formats, usually including PDF and Zipped. These texts are free to the public. Includes famous historical novels and also non-fiction.

  • SETIS: Scholarly Electronic Text and Image Service
    See this site also for full text electronic copies of Australian literary and history resources no longer under copyright restriction. Includes some federation texts, Australian novels published between 1840 and 1845, explorers' journals, and more.
