November - Level 1

The November monthly activity was drawing competition.
 
You need to draw six pictures on the paper provided:

Picture 1: Draw the floral emblem of Queensland. (Cooktown Orchid)

Picture 2: Draw the flag of Panama, using the correct colours. (See Internet or reference books)

Picture 3: Draw an animal that may be found living on the continent of Africa. (Eg. Camel)

Picture 4: Draw any famous monument or building that may be found in Paris, France. Eg. Eiffel Tower, The Louvre. (See Internet or reference books)

Picture 5: Draw any animal, vehicle, or other means of transport you might use when travelling the world. (Eg. plane, train, bus)

Picture 6: Draw the house made of ice that the Inuit (Eskimos) of Canada and Greenland sometimes live in. (Igloo)

Important Information:

  • You may need to use encyclopedias, atlases, the Internet, etc, to find out exactly what to draw.
  • You must draw each picture free-hand. You cannot trace a picture you find in a book or on the Internet, or anywhere else.
  • You must draw the pictures yourself. Mum, Dad, borthers, sisters, other relations, friends, etc, cannot draw the pictures for you.
