The Waves Bundaberg will be hosting "Charity Twilight Markets" on Saturday, 18 February 2012 from 3:30pm to 8:00pm at The Waves Sports Complex on Thabeban Road, Bundaberg with local band, The Brass Monkeys performing at the event. Two beneficiaries for this event will be the SES and the AGL Action Rescue Helicopter.
Please find attached a copy of the stallholder application form. Forms can be submitted to Reception at The Waves, accompanied with payment, a copy of the stallholders insurance certificate and a copy of the stallholders food licence (if applicable).
