Planning Scheme for Kolan Shire

The Planning Scheme for Kolan Shire is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme.  It was adopted on the 18 April, 2006, and came into effect on 26 April, 2006.  On the 19 July, 2011 Council resolved to adopt version 2 of the Planning Scheme.  Version 2 came into effect on the 20 July, 2011.
