Planning Scheme for Burnett Shire

The Planning Scheme for Burnett Shire is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning Scheme. It was adopted 10 May, 2006, and came into effect on 31 May, 2006.

On the 22 February, 2011, Council resolved to adopt Version 1 of the Planning Scheme.  The new version of the Scheme came into effect immediately.
