The Planning Scheme for Bundaberg City, also known as the Bundaberg City Plan, is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme. It was adopted on the 5 February, 2004, and came into effect on 15 March, 2004.  More recently Council has adopted Version 2.00 on the 12 July, 2007 and came into effect immedaitely.
