At its meeting held Tuesday 13 December 2011 Council resolved to adopt a suite of Local Laws and Subordinate Laws. These Local Laws will take effect from 01 January 2012.
A notice advising of the making of the Local Laws appeared in the Government Gazette Friday 16 December 2011 and in the Bundaberg News Mail Monday 19 December 2011. A copy of the notice can be found here»
From 01 January 2012 Council now has one set of Local Laws with application across the entire Bundaberg Regional Council area. Any enquiries regarding Council's Local Laws should be made to Officers of the relevant Department/s.
Enquiries regarding the process can be referred to Council's Manager Corporate Support.
A full set of the Local Laws and Subordinate Local Laws can be viewed below. A hard copy is also available for inspection and purchase at any of Council's Service Centres and Libraries.
