Bundaberg Regional Council is committed to providing excellence in service and to strengthen relationships with the community of our diverse region.

 

CALL CENTRE

 

To meet changing needs of the community and the provision of accurate and timely service, a new initiative of Council was the implementation of a locally based "Call Centre".

As the ‘first point of contact" a large majority of enquiries and business transactions are attended to by Customer Service Officers, prior to seeking assistance from professional or technical Officers.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRES

 

Council continues to operate a high standard of "frontline" customer service from within its four specialised Regional Service Centres, located throughout the Council district.

These Centres offer a full range of services including:

  • Licensing
  • Permits and Applications
  • Local laws and Compliance
  • Plumbing, Building & Development Applications
  • Animal Registrations
  • Property Rates
  • Water & Sewerage enquiries
  • Account payments
  • EFTPOS facilities

OFFICE LOCATIONS & HOURS OF OPERATION

 

Business Hours of Operation are from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 4:45 pm daily.

An After Hours Emergency Service is available by contacting 1300 883 699 outside normal hours of operation.
